March – “Fact or Fiction?”
These are some of the hottest topics the church has to defend today. Foundational beliefs which we have let slip over time and forgotten the answers to! Is God really too difficult to believe in or is the Bible that way out it’s not true? Is the creation story so unbelievable that we’re willing to pin our hopes on something else that has no substance or evidence? Is it so difficult to accept as fact that Jesus lived and died and was still the Son of God? Journey with us through this series and see if you can formulate a simple way to present an answer to these topics using the facts and tests and data presented in the messages.

June - July – “7 Deadly Sins”
They sound deadly just as words; lust, envy, greed, sloth, pride, wrath and gluttony. Are they really deadly … are they still deadly? Well guess what, the seven deadly sins are alive and well, and yes they are still deadly. This list according to the worlds standards mean party time! But we can see from the pain that visits us through them that they lead to nothing but destruction. Just as Jesus asked us to choose between the wide gate ad the narrow gate we ask through this series which path will you follow.

Aug - One Month To Live
Last I checked, the mortality rate hadn’t changed…we’re all going to die one day, we just don’t know when! If we knew we only had one month to live how would we live it? What would we do differently? If it was to love someone more deeply how come we’re not doing it now. If it is to say, “I’m sorry” or “I forgive you” how come we haven’t already said it? This isn’t a series about death and dying but instead about life and living. How does God call us to live our lives? Check out the series and live life to the full that way God intended us to live it.

Sept – Spring Cleaning
It’s that time of year…we go through all our things and do a bit of cleaning. We throw out what’s no longer any use and try to refresh life.
So in a spring clean what is it that’s cluttering up our life today…let’s look at a few things that could be cluttering up our lives.
We’re living lives that are filled but not fulfilled…we may have the energy to do a lot of things but what are the things that really matter…our lives are so crammed with everything that seems to be important…we’re pulled in every direction and requested to do so much that we have very little time to focus on the things that really matter!

Oct – What’s In A Name?
The name of Jesus is an amazing name that gives direction and hope in a world struggling to find direction. For the next 3 weeks we’ll look at what it means to put on the name of Jesus through baptism; how we can carry the name of Jesus confidently in a world that tries so hard to suppress his name in areas like school, work and society; and lastly how to grow in the name of Jesus and move towards all that God desires for our lives as his children.

|
Nov – What Do You Think?
A short 3 week series based on three simple words and if we were able to corner Jesus and put him through a word game and ask him of all of the actions that are suppose to shape our lives and all the attitudes that are to define who we are what would they be…well I don’t really know which ones would be the ultimate choice but the bible gives us a few powerful verbs that are packed with descriptions that energise our lives if we take Jesus seriously…

Dec – What a Journey!
Two thousand years ago there were men called the Magi. They were passionate and committed men who were on a journey of faith. We’ve read about them and hear about their trip how they followed a star and embarked on a journey and ended up exactly where they wanted to be finding exactly what they were looking for…it is an amazing story and an amazing journey!

Feb – In Living Colour
That’s the life of Joseph…he wasn’t called to simply live, he faced the unexpected and discovered that by relying on God he had the ability to ‘lean in’ under pressure and to stand after being knocked down. He knew what it was to live with resilience. He had a colourful life but every step and every situation he trusted and bounced back. That’s resilience.

|
March – Size Matters
How Big Is Your God? Just about everything we use today has been reduced in size and we’ve become accustomed to relying on our own strength and diminishing the size and ability of God. He’s not always the first one we turn to for help or the first we see in our triumph. We have to stop reducing God and give Him the rightful acknowledgement because size does matter!

|
April – Cross Words from Jesus
Easter: Jesus hung on the cross for hours and during that time uttered some amazing words. They were short they were personal and they were to us.
|
|
May – Just Walk Across The Room
Could you imagine if walking acros a room to talk to someone had the potential to change their life forever? Well that's possible to all of us. This series is all about looking for those opportunities and using them to ignite conversation about who you are, who God is and what he has done for you. We we're in touch with God then His spirit will move us to make a difference in the lives of those in our circle of influence.

|
June – Act Your Wage
Money. Money, money! We sure do need it to make end meet but when is enough really enough? There’s a huge problem in our western society today called greed and it undermines so much of who we are. How can we live within our means and still be a blessing to others?
|
|
July – Relationships
We were all created for community but getting on with everyone around us and close to us can be a real pain! It's not only about what we can get out of these relationships but what we put in. They do take work, but it's worth it. The Bible has so much for us concerning those we call 'friend'. How willing are we to invest in these relationships because it isn't always smooth and easy but it is worth it!
|
|
Aug – Esther
We may struggle to see God or even hear His voice, but His involvement in our lives is obvious and his invisible hand provides, protects and guides us in life.
|
|
Sept – Oct Hanging With God in the Hood
Where we live and work is where we have the opportunity to influence people. We may not always feel enamoured or prepared but we are never alone. Everywhere we are, God is right there in the mix with us - at home, at work, and in our community ... in the neighbourhood, parenthood, fatherhood, motherhood, and even childhood. God meets us right where we are.
|
|
Nov – Are You Serious?
He lived such a controversial life in a time when the religious community had such as massive influence on the community and a lot of what he said flew in the face of the religious leaders. What did Jesus mean when he said "Gouge your eye out…hate your mum and dad…eat my flesh…sell everything ands follow me!" Did He really say that? What about when he told us to be perfect. He couldn't have really meant that ... could he? This series helps us look at what Jesus said and meant and encourages us to take everything he said very seriously!

|
Dec – Tis the Season
It’s a season of presents, lights, decorations and even Jesus, but at the foundation of this season is the fact that God was generous to us and desires us to be generous with one another.
